Totally, we have these houses (we call them stately homes, which massively underplays it – definitely mansions haha!) round every corner so we’re spoiled with them. I agree on the cute cottages, they always brighten the day 🙂

What a beautiful place for a day trip! It seems like there are a lot of beautiful houses (or should I say mansions? manors? villas? 😂) like this one in the UK! The beautiful cottages nearby also look so cute!!

The Audley End House has such an interesting history and the grounds look so beautiful with all the flowers in bloom. I am in love with all those charming thatched cottages. They look straight out of a fairytale or something.
