While this suffices a consumer looking to stay connected with friends and family, enterprises can opt for a paid license and use additional features like the Kaizala Management Portal, Edit Group Policies and create Custom Workflow integrations like Leave management and Ticketing Systems. Tenants can mandate M365 sign-in to organizational groups. Media shared in organizational groups are not stored on device, and once a user is removed from an organizational group, his/her chat history is purged.

Isn’t this an old advertisement article? Didn’t Microsoft stop any effort here as they are integrating it to Microsoft Teams? So it thought there was no future for Kaizala anymore…? Do you have any proof this is NOT the case?

Microsoft Kaizala will be integrated with its Teams collaboration platform in June-December 2020, according to Microsoft’s blog post in June 2019. This integration is part of a larger plan to appeal to the “first-line workers” like retail, healthcare and service employees.”

Kaizala as a platform has got everything right – it’s user friendly, it’s secure, it’s flexible enough to implement custom Business Actions. The only issue with Kaizala is – Lack of clarity about it’s future. Whether Kaizala Service Platform will be phased out in favor of MS Teams. It’s high time that MS should cast a word about it’s future to clear the air.
