RMIT researchers present at a World Leading Safety Research Workshop

On 8 November 2016, RMIT’s Dist. Professor Helen Lingard, Professor Ron Wakefield and Professor Paul Gough were invited to present at a World Leading Safety Research Workshop with executive leaders of the Major Transport Infrastructure Program (MTIP) in Victoria.  Also invited to present at this workshop were Professors Alistair Gibb and Andrew Dainty from Loughborough University (UK).

Those attending the event included Joanne Stephenson (MTIP Board Chairperson) and senior leaders from the Office of the Coordinator-General, Level Crossing Removal Authority and Melbourne Metro Rail Authority.

The Centre for Construction Work Health and Safety Research currently has three research projects funded by MTIP.
