RMIT has receive excellent feedback from the workshop each time – the presenter is Teagan Dowler from a group called “The Blue Collared Woman”. She is young and dynamic and as she has many years of experience within the mining sector.

The workshop starts with a personality profiling exercise to help the students understand their personal preferences – hence the title “iAware”. Teagan then helps the students identify the best techniques and approaches to quickly establish credibility with others – especially male work colleagues (and fellow male students).
