Women Building Futures: Sub-theme Announced – “Male Champions of Change”

The School of Property, Construction and Project Management is pleased to announce a very important sub-theme to our 2017 International Women’s Day event – “Male Champions of Change”.

What are the ‘Male Champions of Change’? 

“In April 2010, Commissioner Broderick was instrumental in bringing together some of Australia’s most influential and diverse male CEOs and Chairpersons to form the Male Champions of Change group. How does this relate to the Women Building Futures event? 

We are looking to our “Male Champions of Change” to be part of the event and share their stories. Not necessarily men that are part of the official group mentioned above – but those that embody the essence of the movement – men in our industries that are instrumental in supporting Women in their industry. If this is you we would love to hear from you! Also educating our up and coming male generations about how they can be instrumental in this movement and how this is a relevant issue for them as well.
