RMIT Property, Construction and Project Management welcomes New Employer of Choice (EOC) City of Greater Bendigo to our program.

City of Greater Bendigo would describe themselves as:

“The City of Greater Bendigo’s vision is to become Australia’s most liveable regional city. Our in-house valuation unit will be responsible for the provision of approximately 56,000 statutory valuations by March 2018. Properties to be valued using computer assisted mass appraisal models, include residential, rural residential, commercial/industrial and rural properties across a municipal area of some 3000 square kilometres. Bendigo is a vibrant regional centre situated 150 km NW of Melbourne, an hour and a half by car or two hours via train. ”
