Probuild Graduate Program Presentation

Representatives from Probuild’s construction and project management cohort attended RMIT University’s City Campus Monday 26th March to present their Graduate Program to a packed conference room at Storey Hall.

Topics covered in the presentation included each staff member’s journey leading up to their current position at Probuild and outlined how graduates will be exposed to all aspects of the construction process including; Site Supervision, Design Coordination, Contract Administration, Site Coordination (Quality, Safety and Environmental) and Head Office (Estimating, Programming, Cost Planning and Customer Care).

The Probuild team further explained that the Graduate Program has been developed to provide graduates with the opportunity to gain unique industry experience, whilst developing their practical, intellectual and interpersonal skills. The aim of the program is to provide graduates with a solid understanding of, and grounding in, the construction industry.
