Introducing our new staff – Sean Durkin

Sean Durkin is a newly appointed Associate Lecturer – Industry Fellow (Construction Management) within the School of Property, Construction and Project Management at RMIT University.

Sean Durkin is a registered building practitioner as a domestic builder in Victoria and current HIA member. He has had extensive project experience in multiple job roles within the residential, commercial and industrial sectors over the last 15 years. Sean brings a high level of technical knowledge and practical skills into this position.

Sean has had prior tutoring and lecturing experience in construction management, having taught at The University of Melbourne for 6 years. Sean is passionate about teaching and ensuring students are prepared with industry focused technical knowledge and have developed a capacity for continual learning post-graduation.
