Introducing our new staff – Susanne Tepe

Dr. Susanne Tepe is Associate Professor of Occupational Health and Safety at RMIT, where her research interests are focused on implementation and evaluation of OHS
interventions in complex environments. She uses action research, qualitative methods and games to compliment her traditional scientific methods. She has a history of employment and consulting in the strategic management of OHS, Environment and Quality.

In addition to research, Susanne teaches undergraduates and post graduates in OHS, critical thinking and risk management, and supervises both Masters and PhD student. Her PhD is in Toxicology and Environmental Health, she has an MBA and a Masters of Organisational Systems and is a Fellow of the Safety Institute of Australia.
